Think of a better DTF in terms of food quality. Sweet and Sour Pork wontons: 8/10 - Sauce itself was a nice consistency, not too watery but not thick either, just enough to coat the dumplings. In terms of flavor, it's a little more sweet than sour but still good. Just wish the dumplings had a little more filling. Pan fried Q Buns: 8.5/10 - bun was nice and crisp on the bottom with a fluffy top. It was standard pork filling, nothing really stood out, but also wish this had just a little bit more filling. Chinese Crepe: 7/10 Wasn't crispy enough. First time having this so I'm not sure what it's supposed to taste like, but would definitely be better had it been more crispy. Pan Fried (pork) Dumplings: 10/10 Definitely worth it. Crispy wrapping with a slurry skirt, and a juicy interior. Pork XLB: 10/10 Soup inside was *muah*. It has a thin layer of wrapping filled with a good ratio of soup to meat. For the price, you can't beat it. Dan Dan noodles: 7/10 For the price you'd think you would get more noodles since... they're just noodles. But in terms of flavor it felt like it was lacking something

I have not had many dumplings or pork buns in my life, but these were very tasty and memorable. I went with my sister who LOVES this type of food and she said it was one of the best places she's had soup dumplings. We got the pan fried pork buns, which were so tasty and filling. The order came with 4. We also ordered the pork soup dumplings, it came with 8. This was the first time I tried soup dumplings and they were very tasty. We also got the green onion pancake bread and OH MY GOSH best thing we ate. The atmosphere is very clean and modern. Plenty of spaces to sit. And there is a small parking lot and street parking nearby. A few blocks away there is a parking garage if everything else is full. We were also so surprised at how inexpensive our food was! With tax and tip it was just under $32. I double checked to make sure they charged us for everything because I thought it was impossible to spend so little, especially in a city like Seattle.

Super yummy spot for dinner! We met with friends here and had an assortment of items. The service was quick and friendly as well. Once you sit down, you'll order by marking the items you want on a menu. Once the server picks it up, they'll start bringing the food out for you. We ate family style and I recommend it! The dishes come out with plenty to share and you'll get a chance to taste as much as you can. ;) The stars of our table were definitely the soup dumplings! Honorary mention to the Dan Dan noodles though.

I visited dough zone on a wednesday afternoon and was seated right away!! I was really excited to try this restaurant because I've heard really good things. It's definitely comparable to din tai fung in terms of the menu items, but is cheaper in cost. I wasn't too hungry this day, and shared the dan dan noodles and xiao long baos with my friend! I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of the noodles, but I thought that the xiao long baos lacked soup :( The space inside was clean and kindve narrow. I can see it being good for smaller groups or a place to grab food quickly!

I have eaten here maybe.....20 times now. I work within walking distance from this venue and this restaurant is consistently great for pretty much all occasions. The service here is not bad at all but what I am most impressed about is that they are so fast! When you first show up, you may feel a bit overwhelmed by the line but it moves much quicker than you may expect. My favorite dishes here are Q-Bao, Sweet and sour cucumber (omg), and dandan noodles. These 3 dishes are a must-get every time you visit!

I don't recall what we had as I left everything up to my niece and nephew whom we were visiting from Detroit. They ordered a lox of several dumplings and I requested the pan fried specifically. We totally pigged out and enjoyed and for a feast like this I was impressed we got out for like $130 for all 4 of us with eating enough for 8.

The main thing in this location is to get here early on a Sunday. Then street parking is free and at 11 it is t crowded. The location is pretty ideal if you going to uwajimaya anyway. We love the dan dan noodles and the Jian Bao (the a-Bao is their brand name) is great. The main thing is the menu isn't super long but each was is great. They use yelp wait list for appointments but this spot definitely fills up so come early. And then do your Waji's shopping and feel really Asian. Also from the central seattle location they will sell you 50 frozen xiao long bao which is not bad at home. The main thing to have the little dumplings as soon as they come out. They are like fries best fresh before the soup gets absorbed by the skin

Today I found myself near Seattle looking for some pu-er tea & the tea shop is closed until 1p. I see the Dough Zone and with all I've heard, I have to try it. I'm familiar with soup dumpling, so I ordered the Xiso Long Bao and something new...let's try the Dan Dan noodles. I like Szechuan food. Everything comes out quick and I drive in. I quickly remember that I need to take a pic... the food is delicious and loved how friendly and clean everything is. Now to find my tea!
